About the position
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our team and take responsibility for the work in our technical service/customer service. You will be the face of our Warehouse Shop and actively work with everything from sales, cash register, and inventory management to technical service/customer service. Our team consists of a wonderful group of positive and engaged employees who excel in store operations. As a Warehouse Shop employee responsible for customer service, you are one of the team's key members and actively work in our technical service/customer service. This means you will handle returns, service cases, and complaints together with your colleagues, and you will be the go-to person for support and assistance in more complex cases. Your role also includes focusing on ensuring and following up that routines, rules, balances, and credits are in accordance with our guidelines and targets. You will also be our contact with NetOnNet's central technical service function. We offer an exciting and developing job where you, together with your colleagues in the team, deliver great customer service to our customers. To succeed, you need to have a desire to learn more about our products, and you will also have the opportunity to develop your troubleshooting skills on the products you handle.

You are service-oriented and passionate about providing customers with the best service. As a person, you are calm but driven, with a desire to get things done with good results. You are also responsible and adaptable, while ensuring that you follow routines and guidelines. Your friends describe you as organized, and you are someone who always asks, “How can I help?” even when the pace is high. The work is done together with colleagues in the Warehouse Shop, and helping each other to solve the day's tasks is natural for you.
Work experience in service jobs and/or sales in retail
Experience with complaints is a plus
Interest in learning about our products
Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
You must be at least 18 years old to work with us
